Pricing - Prices are listed on the website.  Prices are per item, unless stated that
price is per "set of __".  Prices are subject to change without notice.  We will try to
notify you of major changes as they occur, but there may be a lag time between the
change and the notification.  The notification is a courtesy.  Please check the site
often for current prices.  
Ordering Information - You can order by email, phone, or internet.  Please note
that if you order by phone, you are assuming responsibility for any misspelling or
incorrect information.  We prefer that all orders are in written form, whether email or
internet.  Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped within 2 to 5
business days after processing.  If you need to cancel, please contact us
immediately.  Some orders may ship the same day and at that point it would be
treated as a return.
Payments - All orders are prepaid.  If you would like terms, we will need to have a
valid credit card on file.  All terms orders must be paid within 15 days after shipping or
the credit card on file will be billed.  We will get authorization for the amount you want
on terms and cancel it once we receive payment.
Shipping - All orders are shipped via FedEx ground, unless otherwise noted or
requested.  Your shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipping based on
weight, girth, and distance.  We will not ship out of the US.  Heat sensitive items must
be shipped via Express service during warmer months and to warmer climates.  
Please be aware of the higher costs for Express shipping.  It could be twice as much
as regular ground.
Shipping Address - You must provide us with the correct shipping address.  If the
address is incorrect, you will be charged a $10 correction fee.  FedEx also requires a
valid phone number for the shipping address.  It is also very important that you and
your customers know that once we give the shipment to the courier, it becomes
your/their property.  It is very important we have a shipping address where there will
be a responsible person to receive the shipment.  If they want signature required,
there is a $2 fee.
Product Descriptions/Information - We have attempted to as accurate as possible
with product descriptions.  Sometimes, manufacturers will change products without
notification.  If a change is made, we will make the change on the site as soon as
possible.  If you order before the description is corrected/updated, and your customer
does not want the product, we will accept the return, in unused condition,  without
penalties and make a full refund, including shipping.  We will not issue partial credits,
etc.  We will not accept responsibility for information not corrected or updated on your
site.  We encourage you to check the site often.   Please note that packaging can
change at any time and does not apply.  Just the actual product.  We do not warrant
products that are on this site for your uses.  Most of the products are for decorative
purposes.  Food and bath items will have ingredients listed with the shipments.  They
are available at any time by request.  It is your/your customer responsibility to be
aware of allergens.  All of our food and bath products are either manufactured with,
or in a facility with, tree nuts.
Returns - All returns must be made within 30 days.  We will NOT accept any item
after 30 days.  The items must be in original packaging and unused.  You must call to
obtain an RA number within 15 days of delivery for all returns.  We encourage you to
order samples for your customers to see before ordering larger quantities.  All
returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.   We will issue refunds within 2 weeks
after receipt and review.  The refund will be less the restocking fee and shipping
costs. We will not accept perishables back into stock.  This includes candy, edibles,
personalized items, bath products, and special orders.
Refused Shipments - If a shipment is refused, you will be charged a 20% restocking
fee and all related shipping costs.  If it is a product that is perishable or personalized,
or special order,  No refund will be issued and you will be charged any extra shipping
fees incurred.
Use of Site - Use this site at your own risk.  Use of the internet  and email is
subjecting your computer to viruses, or other harmful content.  We are not liable for
any damages or harm that may be caused by these elements.  Our policies,
products, pricing, conditions, and site can change without notice.  We also reserve
the right to refuse any order for any reason.  Favors by GiGi is not responsible for
any typographical errors.  Favors by GiGi's liability on defective merchandise is
limited to the replacement of said merchandise, not any losses incurred due to the
failure of the product.
Privacy - We do not sell your personal information to 3rd parties.  We will use your
contact information for email notifications, invoices, and wholesale confirmation and
information.  We will use your personal information if required by law.  We are not
responsible for the privacy policies of affiliates.  Calls may be monitored for quality
assurance.
